Adult Fitness Program Policies

  1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, we require a 6 hour notice in order to notify your Instructor so that your reservation may be given to another student on the waitlist.

  2. Cancellations made after the 6 hour time frame from your start class time will be forfeited with no refunds or credits.

  3. No extensions or refunds/account credits of class passes, drop-ins or event passes will be granted unless of emergency.

  4. Sign up before you show up! Please sign up for class at least an hour prior to class start time so we can prepare any equipment for you ahead of time. We program some of our classes according to the number of clients signed up so we appreciate you letting us know to expect you.

  5. In addition, please make sure to arrive on time to class. Some classes require equipment set-up so it's important to arrive on time so we can set up your station accordingly. Clients who arrive over 10 minutes late will not be allowed to take class.
